Built for roofers

The front office that runs itself — for roofers.

After a storm, the phone doesn’t stop — and you’re up on a roof, not at a desk. FrontDesk answers every call, books the inspection, and confirms it on the call, so storm demand turns into signed jobs.

The problem

The call you miss is the job they book.

A hailstorm rolls through and you get a year of leads in 48 hours. You’re on a roof or driving between them — you can’t answer. The homeowners who hit voicemail sign with the first roofer who picked up, and those jobs are worth thousands each.

Questions

The honest answers.

Can FrontDesk handle the call surge after a storm?

Yes — that’s its strongest moment. FrontDesk answers unlimited storm calls at once, books every roof inspection to your calendar, and confirms each one on the call, so a 48-hour demand spike becomes signed work instead of missed voicemails.

How fast can FrontDesk go live?

Voice answering and a real local number are set up in one short call — you give it your services, prices, and hours, and the line starts answering. Texting customers is optional: a one-time $49.99 setup registers your business with the carriers (usually 1–2 weeks), then customers who book online get confirmations under your business name.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can text, you can run FrontDesk. Your whole day lives on your phone — you just swipe through it. No software to learn and no setup work.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no contract and no subscription: you load a prepaid balance and pay for what you use. While you hold a FrontDesk number there is a $5 minimum per 30 days, and your usage counts toward it. Close your account any time in the app.

Is my customer data safe?

Every business runs in its own private space; nothing is shared between accounts. FrontDesk is not for patient health information: healthcare practices that need HIPAA use IB365.
